Merge and Naxxramas

Since the summerbreak alot of things has happened in the old guild of Banana Republic. The leader took a long time-out and the siblings went to create a new guild for some reasons. The leader then came back, now playing a hunter and fell in love with the game again. After some talks about things the old Banana Republic stood up again after a merge with that new guild. Now Banana Republic is composed by all the old Banana Republic members from before and some new. The spirit is high at the moment and we are all looking forward to slay some new bosses together. Before the merge that other guild took almost every boss in 10 man Naxxramas, leaving only Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad for Banana Republic to slay. Click read more!

Banana Republic wakes up from hibernation!

Summer is long gone and any other excuses (like Age of Conan) are not eligable any longer. Today and from now on Banana Republic as a guild is alive again. We will be on a hibernating slacker-some status until Wrath of the lich king comes out. But when it does, we will be ready to raid and have the same share of fun as we have had these past years. More news will follow about the structure and idea behind the "new" Banana Republic.

Behold, bananas are on the way!

Morogrim Tidewalker looks like a dead gnome

Continuing our streak of downing new bosses for us we entered Serpentshrine today and went for Morogrim Tidewalker. We did two tries at him yesterday with good results. This time Shinel the paladin had some better tanking gear and bubbleavoiding skills were better whole raid out.

Fathom-Lord and the servants dies

After a long raiding break the strong (and now international) bananas went for another shot at Fathom-Lord Karathress. This time we felt stronger and more prepared. Last time we were here we would face our own doom rather quick. This time, after some tries a couple of days ago we took him rather quick.

Hydross turns into mote of water

After farming new resistance gear for another tank we went for Hydross The Unstable again. After some learning tries it seemed as we had our previous experience in our minds. It only took us a couple of tries before we had Hydross downed. Seems as Banana Republic are on a roll once again.

Leotheras stays blind

After some christmas, slacking and other events we went towards Serpentshrine again. Our maintank had changed into a healing paladin, but other than that no other changes were made. Leotheras the Blind were our next target and we showed him why he should eat bananas.

New features on site!

I have added some nice new features on the site. First off, a random photo panel wich slides some random photos from our photoalbum. The other thing is the Arcade module. Some small neat games to play while visiting the site. Some features within the arcade module is that it records high-scores and it features a tournamentsystem. Perhaps I will add a tournament with some prices later on, you'll see.

More games will be added when I find the time, and hopefully our photoshop guru will help me with the looks.
